STIR FRY CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breast
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. yellow rice
2 packs frozen stir fry vegetables
1 onion
1 green pepper

Cook yellow rice. Cut chicken into small strips and pepper and onion. Melt butter in frying pan or wok. Saute chicken, onion and pepper until cooked in butter. Add frozen vegetables. Cook until vegetables are well heated.
