PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs 5 minutes and add sugar and beat. Stir in pumpkin and flour. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well and pour mixture on greased and floured cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degree oven. Turn out on damp tea towel and roll up like jelly roll. Cool 30 minutes and then unroll. Mix ingredients for filling and beat until fluffy and spread on pumpkin roll and reroll.
