COCONUT CRUST CHEESE CAKE 
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. milk
Box instant vanilla pudding

Combine melted butter and coconut; mix together and press into 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned; let cool.

Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth; add milk and box of instant pudding. Beat on low for one minute. Pour into above shell and chill for three hours (no bake).
