SPICY TOMATO SAUCE 
1 gallon peeled, cut up tomatoes
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
6 onion, more or less
Hot pepper to taste (2 or 3 sm. pods)

Cook until thickened. Use this sauce over peas or any vegetable you like. Place this mixture in jars to be used in the future.
