MEXICAN HOT DIP 
1 roll Jimmy Dean's sausage, hot
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel or stewed tomatoes (for less hot dip), drained
1 can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (optional), may use less for thicker sauce
1 sm. jar picante sauce (cool or med.)

Brown together first three ingredients. Add Ro-Tel and chilies to warm. Add sour cream (optional) and cream cheese. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
