FAVORITE FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. chopped candied pineapple
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)

Combine all ingredients and put in small loaf pan, well greased and floured or lined with wax paper. Over the top, alternate pecan, cherry and pineapple halves for decoration. Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool slightly then invert on wax paper, do not lift pan until cake drops down. Leave cake remaining on paper until cold and firm; this takes several hours.
