MAGIC FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. Eagle Brand milk
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
3 c. pecans
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 lb. dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Line a tube pan with waxed paper. Grind cherries, pineapple and dates in a meat grinder on smallest setting. Mix chopped nuts with fruits and coconut. Add 1/2 cup flour. Mix and add other ingredients. Pack in waxed paper lined tube pan. Cover the first hour of baking period. Cook 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. While baking, place water in bottom of oven, in a shallow pan.
