LOUISIANA YUMMIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. 10X sugar
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together butter, flour, walnuts and pat into 9"x13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees and let cool.

Then mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and 10X sugar and spread over baked crust.

Then mix vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and spread over cream cheese layer. Then mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and spread over vanilla layer.

Then cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle walnuts over top. Keep refrigerated.
