1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple (drain all but a little)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Fudge strip cookies
Bananas, optional

Stir until thick, buttermilk, pudding. Fold in, Cool Whip, pineapple and mandarin oranges, drained. Crush 8 fudge stripe cookies for bottom of bowl. Crush as many as desired for on top and refrigerate.
