SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
1 cantaloupe, scooped into balls
4 chopped peaches
1 (#2) can chunk pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1 med. bunch white grapes
3 bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch salt
2 beaten egg yolks
3/4 c. pineapple juice, add enough water if not enough to make 3/4 cup

Layer fruit in bowl. Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt, egg yolks, and pineapple juice until thick. Let cool and pour over fruit and chill.
