FRENCH POTATO SALAD 
6 red potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried dill

Cook potatoes and let cool. Peel and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine potatoes, green onion and pimento in a medium-sized bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, pepper, garlic powder, and dried dill. Stir well. Add to potato mixture. Cover and chill.

I tried this because it had items I had never used in potato salad. It has an excellent, yet subtle taste. After going through a portion of this - added 1 heaping tablespoon sweet pickle relish. It really added to and highlighted the other ingredients. Will make this many times. Thanks for submitting...
