BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water
3 tsp. onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chicken parts (desired)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. hot water

Put raw rice in greased sheetcake pan; pour 1 cup water over rice and sprinkle over 3 teaspoons onion soup mix. Place chicken on rice. Mix cream of chicken and cream of celery soup with hot water. Pour over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered, or until chicken is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
