WILD RICE BAKED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. uncooked wild rice
4 celery stalks sliced (2 cups)
1 med. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
1 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts (halved and skinned)
Soy sauce

Thoroughly wash wild rice in warm tap water; drain. In buttered 2 quart casserole mix wild rice, celery, green pepper, water, chicken, bouillon and salt. Place chicken on top of rice mixture, brush with soy sauce and cover. Bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
