ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. zucchini
1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Add to other ingredients.

1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. raisins
1 c. coconut

Grease and flour pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
