STRAWBERRY JELL-O CAKE 
2 1/2 c. pretzels, chopped chunky
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) carton frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Cream together 3/4 cup butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar; add pretzels. Press into 13x9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; chill.

Mix 2 packages of Jell-O with 2 cups hot water and 1 (16 oz.) carton frozen strawberries, thawed; chill.

Cream together one 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread this over cooled pretzels. Pour partially set Jell-O mix on top. Chill until set.
