STRAWBERRY JELL-O SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
1 lg. box frozen, sweet strawberries, thawed
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all except sour cream. Put 1/2 of mixture in clear (small) bowl or dish and chill until firm. Put all of sour cream on top chilled mixture. Next, put remaining Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream and let set. Serve when thoroughly chilled.
