SOUR CREAM SOFTIES 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Cinnamon and sugar

Measure flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into sifter. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl; beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour mixture alternately with sour cream to make a thick batter. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 degrees until edges are golden brown about 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
