WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. oil
1-2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
7 1/2 or more c. 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour

Put the yeast in a large mixing bowl, then add yeast.

After yeast dissolves, add the honey, oil, salt and eggs. Stir in the flour until you can handle the dough.

Knead the dough on a floured board for 8-10 minutes. Put into greased bowl to rise. Punch down and divide into 2 loaves. Put into greased bread pans and let rise again. Bake 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
