EASY BREAD DRESSING 
2 to 3 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. sage
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1/2 loaf bread (stale)

Melt butter. Add celery and onion, cook until tender. Add Stove Top seasonings and sage with 2 cups chicken broth and water as directed on Stove Top. Let cook 5 minutes on low. Tear bread into pieces and mix with Stove Top. Pour the broth over bread and mix well. Let set 10 to 15 minutes. May be served as is or put into pan and baked 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
