HOT HOAGIE SANDWICHES | |
This is a great open faced hot sandwich that my family loves. Make sure you have lots of napkins! 2 cans flaked light tuna (drained) 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup dairy sour cream pinch garlic powder and parsley salt and pepper, to taste grated cheddar cheese butter French bread, cut in half lengthwise Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except cheese, butter and French bread. Butter the French bread and spread tuna mixture from end to end, each slice. Sprinkle cheese on top to cover and bake in 350°F oven until heated through and cheese is gently browned and bubbly. Cut into slices about 3-4 inches long. Variations: You can also use flaked ham, salmon, turkey or chicken in place of tuna. Submitted by: Leanne Marshall |
