SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage links
5 med. potatoes, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced thin
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of tomato soup

Brown sausage. Set aside. Pour off excess fat. Add potatoes and brown. Place sliced onions over potatoes, then sprinkle green pepper on top. Season with salt and pepper, lay sausages over vegetables and pour soup over all, cook on low or simmer 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are done. Makes 4 servings.
