SAUSAGE ON A SABER | |
2 lbs. Kielbasa 4-5 ears of corn 3-4 green peppers 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/4 c. beer 6 skewers 1 tsp. caraway seed Cream butter, caraway seed, mustard. Gradually beat in beer; set aside. Cut peppers into 2" square (or so) pieces. Cut corn into 2" pieces. Cut sausage into 2" pieces. Thread on skewers alternating sausage, corn, pepper. Spread with butter mixture. Barbecue, turning and basting until sausage is brown. |
