GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans French green beans 1 can shoepeg white whole kernel corn, drained 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, diced 1 can cream of celery soup 1 stick of butter 1 roll of Ritz crackers Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Crumble crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
