ARKANSAS MILLIONAIRE CANDY 
1 pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. pecan halves

Melt caramels and milk in double boiler and stir in 2 cups pecan halves. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and chill.

1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/4 to 1/2 block paraffin

Melt paraffin and chips in double boiler. Dip caramel and pecan drops in chocolate mixture. Set on waxed paper and let cool.
