ORIENTAL DRUMSTICKS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. chopped onions (green)
1 garlic clove, crushed
8 chicken drumsticks (1 3/4 lbs.)

In 9" baking dish, combine all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken, turning to coat all sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 60 to 70 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once. Makes 4 servings, 295 calories each.
