1 qt. punch concentrate
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 oz. brandy
3 oz. triple sec
3 oz. cherry juice
2 bottles sparkling water
2 bottles champagne

Place ice in bowl, pour over ice.
