1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
4 Skor or Heath candy bars, crushed

Bake cake per directions in 9 x 2 x 13 inch pan. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Mix together the condensed milk and caramel topping. Poke holes in cake with fork tines and pour the mixture over the warm cake. When cool, frosting with Cool Whip and sprinkle top with crushed candy bars.
