1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 box yellow cake mix
18 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Grated chocolate
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Mix well and spread on cake.
