BELL PEPPER CASSEROLE 
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 pkg. crackers, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
Butter
Milk

Boil bell peppers for 10 minutes, drain. Place bell peppers, crackers and cheese in casserole. Dot with butter. Add enough milk to cover ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown, stirring occasionally. Yield: 6 servings.
