1 box Crispix
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour over cereal and stir to coat. Put 2 cups powdered sugar in a bag. Add chocolate mixture and shake vigorously. Store in an air tight container.
