1 box Crispix cereal
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave until creamy. Dump cereal in brown paper bag. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal in bag; add sugar and shake until well coated.
