1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
9 c. any Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over Chex cereal, stirring well. Put into paper bag with 2 cups powdered sugar. Shake well.
