2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. beer 2 tbsp. parsley 1 sm. pkg. nuts 1 tsp. paprika 3 c. (12 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese Blend together the cream cheese, beer, parsley, and paprika until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Cover and chill one hour or more before serving. Divide mixture into balls and cover with chopped nuts. |
