BEER PORK CHOPS 
1/2 can beer
2 cans Campbells cream mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
8-10 pork chops or pork steaks
1 tbsp. cooking oil

In Dutch oven or deep skillet, brown chops in oil. Reduce heat to low. Add the beer, condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2-1 package of dry Lipton onion soup (to taste). Cover and simmer on low for 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
