GLAZED NUTS 
1 stick butter
3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1 c. brown sugar
4 c. nuts

Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Beat egg whites with pinch of salt until they peak. Add brown sugar and blend. Add 4 cups nuts (I use English walnuts). Stir until coated. Place in butter in jelly roll pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hours. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool on paper towels.
