1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook boiling 5 minutes. Break crackers into sections and line bottom of cookie sheet. Spoon icing over crackers and bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
