1 yellow Jiffy cake mix

Bake according to directions. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool for 17 minutes. Beat 1 large (8 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese and gradually add 2 cups milk. Gradually add 1 large vanilla instant pudding.

Spread this over cooled cake. Then spread fruit filling over top. Next spread 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip. Then chill.
