SUNDAE CAKE 
1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix (or half of a 18.5 oz. mix)
1 4-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 bananas
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. milk
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 9-oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
Walnuts, cherries, and/or strawberries for garnish (optional)

Bake cake as directed in a 9x13-inch glass pan. Cool. Slice bananas and spread over cake.

Combine pudding, milk and cream cheese; whip until thick. Pour over bananas.
