GREEN PEA SALAD 
1/2 lg. head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked, salted and drained

Mix 2 cups mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sugar, 9 pieces bacon fried and crumbled. Layer in order in glass dish, except for bacon. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top and let set in refrigerator 4-8 hours. Top with bacon before serving.
