GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled (reserve for later)

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan with mayonnaise. Layer ingredients in order. When you put the mayonnaise on, press down with spatula. Refrigerate overnight. Add bacon before serving.
