FRIED GREEN TOMATO (SULT ZOLD
PARADICSOM)
 
4 med. green tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. oil

Wash and slice green tomatoes in 1/2 inch thick slices. Sprinkle with salt. Roll each slice in flour until each side is coated. Place oil in a skillet and heat. Place floured tomato slices in skillet. Fry over low heat until browned on both sides. Serve hot.
