FROSTED PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts or raisins (opt.)

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured large cookie sheet with sides. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING;
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk (more if needed)

Mix and spread on warm bars.
