FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 (16 oz.) carton plain yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chopped pecans
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, chopped
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
3 bananas, peeled and chopped

Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze in tins until firm. Remove from tins and store in plastic bags in freezer. Makes 18 fruit cups. Great for snacks or as fruit salad on lettuce.
