3 or 4 lg. apples, peel, cut up and core (McIntosh)
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Mix all together. Use oblong pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
