BUTTERSCOTCH SHEET CAKE 
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
2 c. milk
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. pecans
1 pkg. butterscotch bits

Mix pudding and milk. Add cake mix and stir until smooth. Pour into greased oblong pan. Cover with butterscotch bits and add nuts. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
