BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE | |
1 sm. pkg. Jello butterscotch pudding; cook and let cool (do not use instant) 1 box yellow cake mix 2 eggs 3/4 c. Wesson oil 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels 1 c. chopped pecans Cook pudding and let cool. Mix cake mix, eggs, Wesson oil. Add cool pudding. Pour in 9x13 pan. sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top and chopped pecans on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
