ORIENTAL SALAD 
Serves 6.

3 chicken breasts, boned and diced
1 tbsp. butter
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 sm. head Napa cabbage, shredded
2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (beef or oriental flavor)
1 carrot, shredded

Brown diced chicken in small amount of butter. When done, add almond and sprinkle with garlic powder cook until toasted. Set mixture aside to cool. Combine cabbage, onion and carrots. Crumble uncooked Top Ramen noodles into cabbage mixture; add chicken and almonds. Add dressing, toss and serve immediately.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Seasoning packet from Top Ramen

Shake well, add to salad when ready to serve.
