SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
3 lbs. med. shrimp
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. Polander's chopped garlic
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 oz. sherry
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 pt. light cream
Fettuccine noodles, cooked
Romano or Parmesan cheese

Peel shrimp. In large pot, place shrimp heads and boil for 10 minutes in 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Put shrimp in bowl and strain boiling water onto shrimp. Discard heads and set shrimp aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and saute until tender. Add lemon juice, pepper, green onions, parsley, sherry and nutmeg. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. In microwave, place whipping cream and light cream and warm for 2 minutes. Add this to the saucepan along with the shrimp and 1/2 cup liquid. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until shrimp are done. Toss with the fettuccine noodles and serve with the cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
