SHRIMP & FETTUCCINE 
2 bunches green onions
4 med. onions
6 toes garlic
8 oz. sour cream
1 pt. half & half cream
4 lbs. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 c. white wine
Salt & pepper
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 stick butter
2 lbs. fettuccine
1/4 c. flour

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Stir in flour. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Add wine, half and half, and sour cream. Stir well while adding half and half. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Boil fettuccine according to package directions. Serve shrimp over fettuccine.
