SHRIMP ORIENTAL 
1 lb. cooked fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 box frozen Bird's Eye International recipes Oriental style vegetables with sauce
1 box frozen snow pea pods
1 (15 oz.) can Dynasty straw mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) can Reese baby corn on the cob
2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
5 tbsp. soy sauce

Bring 1 cup water to boil and dissolve bouillon cubes. Set aside. Place 1 tablespoon water with frozen Oriental style vegetables in wok or skillet. Cook 1 minute, then add snow pea pods. Cook together for 2 additional minutes, stirring often. Add cooked shrimp, drained baby corn, and chicken broth. Continue to simmer for 2 minutes. Add drained straw mushrooms and continue to simmer.

In separate cup, mix cornstarch and soy sauce. Add to other ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve over hot fried rice.
